Overview
These terms govern your use of the focura.io website and your general access to Focura as a product, operated by RidingWaves LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the website you agree to these terms. Use of the Focura macOS app is governed by the Mac App Store terms under which it is distributed.
Permitted use
You may use Focura for lawful personal or professional productivity purposes. You may not use Focura to violate any applicable law, infringe the rights of others, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.
Intellectual property
All content on focura.io and within the Focura app — including the name, design, copy, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to RidingWaves LLC. Nothing in these terms grants you rights to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Focura content without our written permission.
Mac App Store distribution
Focura is distributed through the Mac App Store. Your download and installation of the app is also subject to Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions. Purchases or subscriptions, if offered, are processed by Apple and governed by Apple’s terms.
Availability, updates, and compatibility
We may release updates, change features, or stop supporting parts of Focura over time. Your purchase, if any, gives you access to the version and features made available at the time of purchase under these terms and the applicable App Store terms. A one-time purchase or similar non-subscription offering, if introduced, means no recurring fee for that unlock. It does not create an obligation for indefinite support, indefinite updates, or compatibility with every future macOS release, device, or system configuration.
Disclaimer of warranties
Focura is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the website or app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RidingWaves LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Focura, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of Focura after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
